Get real-time status of your payments and discounts anytime and anywhere right from your mobile device

Citi Supplier Finance Mobile allows suppliers to inquire about the status of payments and discount requests from virtually any mobile device. The information is delivered through a browser, which means you do not need to download an application or even carry a smartphone. Additionally, no User ID or Password is required, so you can get the information you need that much quicker.

Getting StartedAccessing Citi Supplier Finance MobileEnter https://m.citidirectbe.com/CSF into your mobile browser. This will bring you to a search screen that allows you to enter your search criteria. No User Name or Password is required.

You can also access Citi Supplier Finance Mobile from the CitiDirect BESM Mobile homepage, https://m.citidirectbe.com. From this homepage, you will see a button labeled Supplier Finance. Tapping this button will bring you to the unique Citi Supplier Finance Mobile URL.

Performing an InquirySearchFrom the Search screen, you will need to complete all five criteria fields in order to perform a valid inquiry. These fields include:

Region To select your region, use the Lookup button located to right of the text box. This

feature is identified by a magnifying glass

Tapping on the lookup button will bring you to a new screen containing a list of regions to choose from

Upon selecting a region, you will be taken back to the Search screen, and your chosen reason will be shown in the text box

Type of Reference Number To select the type of reference number, use the Lookup button located to right of

the text box. This feature is identified by a magnifying glass

Tapping on the lookup button will bring you to a new screen containing a list of available reference number types (see FAQ for details on each type)

Upon selecting a type, you will be taken back to the Search screen, and your choice will be shown in the text box

Transaction Reference Number Enter the transaction reference number in the text box

Reference numbers are Case Sensitive and must match exactly. Ensure that your reference number matches the type you selected above (e.g., if you have chosen Payment Reference Number in the Type of Reference Number field, enter a Payment reference number and not an Invoice reference number)

In addition to uppercase and lowercase letters, the text box field also accepts hyphens, underscores and SWIFTTM characters (e.g., 0-9 / - ? : ( ) . , + { })

Currency To select the currency, use the Lookup button located to right of the text box.

This feature is identified by a magnifying glass

Tapping on the lookup button will bring you to a new screen containing a list of available currencies, identified by their three-letter currency code

Upon selecting a currency, you will be taken back to the Search screen, and your choice will be shown in the text box

Transaction Value Enter the transaction value in the text box

Enter a whole amount without commas or decimals (e.g., 2500)

After completing all five fields above, tap Search.

ResultsA successful search will direct you to a Results screen, which will provide you with all available transaction status details applicable to the criteria you entered.

Payment Details If you searched using a Payment Reference Number, the first Results screen that

you see will show you all available payment details

The results may show multiple invoice details; scroll down to view all details.

The number in parentheses indicates the amount of invoices and credit memos associated with that particular payment. Tapping this button takes you to the Invoice Details screen

Invoice Details

If you searched using an Invoice Reference Number, the first Results screen that you see will show you all available invoice details

The results may be displayed across multiple pages, in which case you may navigate to the different pages using the Next arrow at the very bottom of the screen

You will see a button for Payment Details after the table of invoice details. Pressing this button will take you to the Payment Details screen

From the Invoice Details screen, you can filter the results to shorten the list. Tap the Filter button in the upper right of your screen, next to the Help Button, and you will be taken to a separate Filter Screen that allows you to filter the results

Other NavigationFrom any of these screens you will be able to tap New Search to bring you back to the Search page. If you are unable to reach a successful Results screen, refer to the Troubleshooting section of the FAQ.

Filter ScreenIf you have pressed the Filter button from the Invoice Details screen, you will be taken to a separate page that allows you to refine your search results.

Under Invoice Type, you will be able to select the checkboxes next to Invoice or Credit Memo to choose which results are displayed (e.g., if you only want to see Credit Memos, only select the checkbox next to Credit Memo)

You may filter by any specific Invoice or Credit Memo Number by entering it into the provided text box field. You can also enter a partial reference number to search for invoices and/or credit memos with similar identification conventions

Set the date range of the results by choosing Invoice and Maturity date endpoints. Select an Invoice date by pressing the Calendar icon on the left underneath the Invoice field and browsing for a date using the calendar that appears on the next screen. Do the same for Maturity date by using the other calendar icon located on the right beneath the Maturity field

Tap Apply Filter to apply your selected filter criteria to the list of results or press Clear Filter to remove it

The Back Arrow located in the upper left of any page will take you to the previous screen.

Language Settings

Citi Supplier Finance Mobile is available in English, Chinese (simplified), French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish. The tool will default to the language setting on your mobile device. If the language you are using is not supported at this time, the application will display in English. In the future, we plan to expand language capabilities.

To change your display language, click on Settings at the bottom of the Citi Supplier Finance Mobile homepage.

SecurityWhile there is no user login component to Citi Supplier Finance Mobile, all the search fields must be completed and match exactly to a transaction. As a result, only information relevant to the status inquiry is displayed. For further details that are not provided by this mobile solution, please contact your Citi representative or log onto the web-based Citi Supplier Finance (CSF) portal.

Citi Supplier Finance Mobile does not store any personal identifiable information on the users browser cache. SSL is used to communicate between the users mobile device and the Citi data centers.

The CitiDirect BE Mobile solution has passed third-party Vulnerability Assessment testing.
