Read the Warning and Click on“I agree to the above”

Page 6: Supervisor reviews the 5 tier  Performance rating after the Reviewer Completes his/her review of the  Rating

Enter your EmpowHR (ICAMS)User ID and Password and click on “EmpowHR Sign In”.

Click on “worklist”.

Click on the blue link for the applicable 5 tier performance appraisal to view/review.

1. Supervisor reviews comments entered by the Reviewer.

2. Supervisor clicks on the “elements and standards” tab to view the status of ratings after reviewer’s review.

Click on “view all” to view the ratings forall the elements.

Click on the “summary rating” tab after reviewing theratings for all the elements.

Page 12: Supervisor reviews the 5 tier  Performance rating after the Reviewer Completes his/her review of the  Rating

If the supervisor has additional comments tomake after reviewing, click on the “add morecomments” button.

If you add additional comments at this point, Don’t forget to click on “SAVE”! If no additional entries are Made, you don’t need to click on save.

To print a hard copy document, click on the “createprintable form” button. NOTE: Hard copy documentsare not required so printing should only be done whena hard copy document is needed

When all actions have been completed, click on “worklist”
