Supervisory Leadership- Workshop 1Learn about supervisory leadership profiles, the transition to supervision, and the changing nature of supervision. We will discuss the need of the proper skills, values, ethics and communication to be a successful supervisor.
Resolving Interpersonal Conflict- Workshop 2You can learn to recognize the stages of conflictresolution and what causes interpersonal conflict. You will also analyze different approaches to resolving conflict, learning when each style is appropriate.
Solving Problems - Workshop 3Useful tools for defining problems, analyzing data, and generating alternative actions are explained and applied. Learn how setting goals, using conceptual thinking skills, planning and proper evaluation can assist in problem solving.
Managing Time and Priorities- Workshop 4In this workshop, you can learn how to set goals,determine your priorities, overcome interruptions and distractions, and avoid procrastination. We will alsodiscuss delegation and how to efficiently run a meeting.
