Methodology 1. Narrow scope

8 original sites narrowed to 5 through initial weighted ranking of committee.

2. Utilize California Department of Education (CDE) site analysis tools and process

3. Utilize extensive publically available APN data for each site (Margarette Morgan) https://gis-public.co.san-diego.ca.us/ISRP/home (Initial Study Research Packet)

4. Use both statistical evaluation methods and qualitative input from committee.

5. Present factual findings.

Conclusion After reviewing the 6 properties presented by realtor, Patrick Miller (in addition to Ocean Breeze and Gird Road properties), the BUSD Superintendent’s Advisory Committee determined that there were multiple sites to consider within the Bonsall Unified School District. Gird Road was determined to be the preferred site. “Property 5”, off of Old River Road, was the second preferred site.
