Criteria: They have the abilities, traits, and knowledge that support their superpower At least 3 Learner Profile traits have to be evident At least 5 AtL skills have to be evident Some subject knowledge strengths should be evident They are unique in their appearance and abilities They represent our student population (culture, language, gender, etc) Colors and clothing should be symbolic and appropriate Their tools a symbolic gadget with special powers to overcome a weakness a map that shows locations and resources that help them a Guide about the resources on their maps </li> <li> 3. What are they like? </li> <li> 4. SUPERHERO DESCRIPTION Special name A description that includes LP and AtL Special powers and abilities Special knowledge Gadget for Extra Power What challenge is it for How does it work It should be symbolic A Guidebook and Map Includes important places in the school Includes a description of who/where/what </li> <li> 5. MAP RESOURCES COULD INCLUDE: Library SAP Nurse Counselors Principal and MYP Coordinator Digital Learning Support Offices Special classrooms Recreational spaces </li> <li> 6. TECHNOLOGY TOOLS Veracross for Discussion Posts Introduction of yourself Updates on progress (who is doing what, how it is going) Final reflection Veracross Website Links to resources and announcements Google Presentation Group Shield (turn in on VC) Superhero presentation (will be QR coded) Google Draw gadget Google Docs List of strengths an MYP student needs Interviews (Questions and Answers) Action plan (turn in on VC) Creating and downloading files from websites Self-assessment and download report Create your own Superhero (turn in on VC) Floorplan Create a comic (optional) </li> <li> 7.
