1. Navien Limited standard terms and conditions for competitions apply to the Navien promotion “SUPER 7”.

2. These terms and conditions relate solely to the Promotion itself and although not linked to Navien’s Standard Terms & Conditions; terms set out in the Standard Conditions that are transferable must be adhered to.

3. Entry is open to residents of the UK with an entitlement to live and work here, and are registered as an Installer on Navien’s Installer database, excluding Navien Ltd employees (and their families), and all merchants (and their families) who endorse/market or support this incentive, all entrant(s) must be aged 18 or over and Gas Safe certified. Proof of identity and age may be required. Only products supplied by Plumbase & Buildbase qualified with the Navien promotion competition

4. Entries submitted will be deemed invalid if the installer or customer have received extra contractual support from a Navien representative during the installation process or if the installer has undertaken the work with Navien Ltd on a contractual basis.

5. Use of false details for example, but not limited too; age, name, address, email address, contact number, gas safe information will deem your entry and all other information submitted void.

6. Entries that are made either by post, telephone or online will not be submitted if they are incomplete, illegible, indecipherable, or inaudible deeming them invalid/void.

7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post, or due to computer error in transit.

8. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual, and no other alternatives will be offered, also cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Navien Ltd reserves the right to override this term if they find in doing so to be reasonable.

9. The Prize/reward(s) are subject to availability and the prize suppliers’ terms and conditions.

10. Navien Ltd reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of this promotion at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.

11. In the event of the stated prize/reward being unavailable, Navien Ltd reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value.

12. The Entrant(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county residence, and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Navien Ltd that relates to any post-winning publicity, such as social media and news outlets that assist in marketing and positive publicity.

13. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the successful entrant(s) of this promotion; if for any reason the entrant (s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, Navien Ltd reserves the right to offer the prize/reward to the next eligible entrant.

14. Confirmation of the prize/reward will be made in writing to the entrant (s).

15. Failure to respond and/or provide any information requested by Navien, or a failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in the forfeiture of the prize/reward.

16. Navien Ltd’s decision on the entrant (s) will be final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and in these terms and conditions, no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.

17. Navien Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or modify this promotion at any time.

18. In the event of a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of the entry), the details of the promotional materials will not prevail over these terms and conditions.

19. This promotion is run by Navien Ltd, and any business who wishes to endorse and/or market this promotion, along with Navien Ltd, all of whom shall not be responsible or liable to entrants in any way relating to this competition/incentive.

20. Navien Ltd reserves the right to withdraw an entrant(s) if these terms and conditions are not met.

• Navien Ltd accepts no responsibility for delays or claims that have not been received because you have supplied Navien Ltd with incorrect details.

• If your claim is not approved by Navien Ltd because your claim does not meet the terms and conditions, the claim will be invalid. Navien Ltd will advise you of the reason why and will allow you 14 day to respond.

• In such a case, Navien Ltd may in its absolute discretion accept or reject your claim.
