Christ our Lord.” Rom. 6:23b

Man is a sinner. Through our thoughts, words,

and deeds we have all failed to keep God’s

perfect law.

“For all have sinned and come short of the glory

of God.” Rom. 3:23

And man cannot save himself by good works.

“For by grace are ye saved...not of works, lest

any man should boast.” Eph. 2:8-9

God is loving and merciful. He does not want

to punish us yet, He is also just and holy.

Therefore, He must punish sin.

“The wages of sin is death.” Rom. 6:23a

Jesus Christ, God’s Son, died and rose again

to pay the penalty for our sins and to provide

salvation for all who will receive His gift!

“Who...bore our sins in his own body on the

tree.” I Peter 2:24

This gift is received by faith.

Faith is the key that unlocks the door to

heaven. Saving faith is trusting in Christ alone

for salvation.

“Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt

be saved.” Acts 16:31

Dear Friends,

We consider it a privilege to introduce you to

Grace Baptist Church, an independent Baptist

church that still believes in old fashioned

preaching and traditional church music. In a

time when churches are bowing the knee to the

philosophy of the world, using the world’s

music and methods, and seeking to “entertain”

the masses in order to reach them, Grace

Baptist stands without apology upon the

sufficiency of the Scriptures, the power of the

Gospel preached in dependence upon the Holy

Spirit, and the glorifying of the Lord Jesus

Christ through a separated life. We believe that

neither the church nor Christians should be

conformed to the world, but to be followers of

Christ in truth and love. We believe you will

find Grace Baptist Church to be a friendly

church where you will meet good families that

have a genuine love and concern for others. As

pastor of Grace Baptist Church, I would like to

Grace. Whether you are looking for an

alternative to the “word friendly, entertainment

minded” church or simply seeking a place to

Ministries of

Grace Baptist Church

Sunday School is the reaching, teaching arm of the church with classes

for every age. Each class is taught by dedicated, caring teachers.

Nursery is provided for all our church services and activities.

Our nursery is clean and well maintained by loving, caring

workers.

Children’s Church is a ministry for children ages 3-8. Children have fun

singing songs, listening to a Bible story, and doing a craft.

King’s Kids Club is an exciting program for kids three years

of age through the sixth grade. Kids have the opportunity to play

games, listen to a Bible story, and memorize verses.

Teen Ministry is a ministry for teenagers on Wednesday nights. Teens play

games, memorize verses and learn truths from God’s Word.

Music is a vital part of our ministry here. We believe music should honor

and glorify Christ and not be conformed to the world. Yet, our special music

as well as our congregational singing is alive and inspiring, making ready the

heart for the preaching.

Soulwinning We believe it is the responsibility of every Christian

to be a witness for our Lord Jesus Christ. For this reason, we

emphasize an active outreach ministry.

Missions Our church is a mission-minded church. We currently support many missionaries in this

country and abroad, and we make it our business to be actively involved in their labors.
