The Organ Committee launched its pledge drive on Palm Sunday, April 14, 2019, with a goal of raising an additional $75,100 toward the organ contract of $131,710. This goal excludes estimated other costs of $30,000 associated with the demolition and construction project. The third installment (60% of the con-tract) has just been made. The fourth installment of $26,250 (80% of the contract) is expected to be paid in May-June 2021.

At April 30, 2020, $84,920 in contribu-tions had been received for the new or-gan. There now have been 15 pledges re-ceived with outstanding balances totaling $29,376. We are now 74% of the way to-ward our fundraising goal. The receipt of pledges and other contributions since April 14, 2019 leaves a balance left to raise of $19,503. An update to these amounts will be given at least monthly in the Lamplighter.

Thank you to members who have made payments or pledges thus far. By making a pledge commitment, we will have something concrete to show a bank or other lender what Trinity has raised, or expected to raise toward the total pur-chase.

Each member of Trinity is asked to prayerfully consider pledging what they are willing to commit to giving for this purpose through December 2022. Of course, other payments are also very much appreciated. The Organ Com-mittee hopes that all Trinity members are inspired to give to this Pipe Dream. We still need your support. It is perhaps one small way that the people of Trinity can give honor and glory to God.

Please complete a pledge card and re-turn it to Darrel Gosse. Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely, The Organ Committee
