I first came to Woodward Park Church of Christ with my
dear friend Clay and Stacey Miller. I came to feel wel-
come here and learn more about the church. After study-
ing with JD and Norma for several weeks, I was bap-
tized.
I work as a pest control technician and having been there
for nearly ten years. I want to thank Clay and Stacey
with all my heart, for all the time and effort they have
given me.
Robert was born in Selma, CA on 3/15/76. He moved to
Washington state at the age of 5. He was home schooled
until High School. After graduating from High School he
moved back to Fresno in 1995 to attend Fresno City Col-
lege. He likes baseball and computers. He has worked
with the Kent Police and Customs as an Explorer. He
enjoyed working with the K-9 dogs and their handlers. He
was baptized by Joe Boe on March 21, 2011.
Caleb was baptized on January 23,
2011 in Mariposa, CA by his father,
Richard. It was his grandpa Law-
less’ birthday, so he went up to
Mariposa to celebrate both birthdays.
Caleb is going into the 5th grade. He goes to Eaton Ele-
mentary. He is looking forward to playing football in the
fall. He wants to be a preacher when he grows up, just like
his grandpa and great grandpa (or he might be a profes-
sional football player or a Marine).

Ladies,
We have a new calendar at the Welcome Cen-
ter. Please sign up for June and July.
The best argument for Christianity is Christians: their joy, their certainty, their completeness. But the strongest
argument against Christianity is also Christians — when they are somber and joyless, when they are self-
righteous and smug, when they are narrow-minded and
repressive, then Christianity dies a thousand deaths.
How does the world see me?
