KIDZ WHIZ
You expired, O Jesus, but the source of life gushed forth for
souls and an ocean of mercy opened up for the
whole world. O Fount of Life,
unfathomable Divine Mercy, envelop the whole world
and empty Yourself out upon us. O Blood and Water,
which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus
as a fount of mercy for us, I trust in You. Amen.

FAMILY ACTIVITY FOR
THE WEEK:
A JAR OF THANKS
You will need a jar and pebbles. Gather the family after dinner
and sit around in a circle, placing the jar in the middle. Make
the Sign of the Cross and together, pray the Our Father. Taking
turns, offer a Thank you to God. The person who just offered a
thank you, drops a pebble into the jar. For example, a person
may say, “Thank you for our health,” then that person drops a pebble into the jar.
Keep going until all the Thank Yous have been said. Then together, pray the
Glory be to the Father …. Make the sign of the cross.
If you want, you can all sing a Thank you song or make up one. This will be your
family Thank You Song. You can do A Jar of Thanks activity several times a week.
It helps develop a grateful heart. Enjoy!
