We ask you join the 400 parish families who have already pledged and made contributions to the 2021 CMA Appeal during the year and made a difference in someone’s life.
Thank you!
Learning from Saint Teresa of Calcutta Next month, we will celebrate the feast day of Saint Teresa of Calcutta. She was such an influential woman who touched the lives of so many people… and continues to do so even now! She reminds us that we are all called to be the Hands of Christ’s Mercy in our communities today. We need not be in the streets of Calcutta to do good for our brothers and sisters in Christ. We can help our community here on Long Island through the 2021 Catholic Ministries Appeal. Your gift to the Catholic Ministries Appeal will help more than 600,000 of our sisters and brothers receive support and assistance from the funds shared through the CMA each year. It is rare that just one person or one parish could touch this many life. The CMA brings us beyond the individual, the group and the parish and unites us as one Church of Long Island.
Saint Teresa of Calcutta, pray for us!

GET READY. WE’RE BACK!
St. Anthony’s CYO is back in action! We are very excited to once again present our program for the boys and girls of our parish.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL STILL BE SPECIFIC COVID PROTOCOLS THAT MUST BE OBSERVED AT
GAMES AND PRACTICES.
4th-8th grade registration: Registration is open to all boys and girls from 4-8th grade at this time, who live within parish borders or are registered parishioners of St. Anthony’s. Registration fees are $180 per player and $160 for each additional family member (cash or check only).
3rd grade intramural program: We will be hosting a boys and girls co-ed 3rd grade intramural program in the fall as well. If your child is interested please come down to register: we will have more information once we understand interest levels from the parish. The program will not be a travel program. It will consist of introductory basketball skills training and provide-abbreviated games within the program itself.
High School: At this time we will not be taking payment for the high school registration for the winter season. We will be accepting registration forms so we can gauge interest and judge court time requirements. If your high school age child is interested in joining and DOES NOT play for their school team please come down to complete a registration form. The high school girls season does not overlap with their school team’s season, so there is no conflict. NO TEAM REGISTRATIONS -- only individual players.
For any questions please reach out to Frank & Beth Wassenbergh at [email protected] Your questions will be answered as soon as possible.
A version of this form that you can fill in on your computer, tablet or Smartphone is available online at St. Anthony’s Parish website (www.sacli.org). Download the file, fill it in, save, print out and sign.
Be sure to complete a separate Registration Form for each child in your family who is being signed up for the program. Bring your completed form(s) to the registration.
