Something to think about... We all have various ideas of what sanctuary is. But for our purposes this week, let’s say that sanctuary is a place where one feels at peace, undistracted, and truly at home. The problem is that various stuff can clutter one’s sanctuary, making it uninviting and even chaotic. But if we make an effort to create and maintain sanctuary in certain areas of our everyday lives, it can make a difference in our attitudes, outlook and demeanor. It might even make us more approachable and willing to approach others.
If you are willing to accept the challenge...Clean your car. Remove any unnecessary clutter on the inside of your vehicle, especially the trunk. Get it washed, and maybe even add a new scent. If you have already done it, do it for your spouse or a friend.
