Cancellation Policy: We understand that from time to time there are circumstances beyond our control which result in the need to change a booking or that may require a
complete refund. We will do our best to fill your place for you with another participant and if that is possible we will be happy to refund any monies paid. If we are unable to find a replacement participant, we are sorry but a refund will not be possible.
