If a Sunrider Independent Business Owner (IBO) simply focuses on buying and selling (retail), their income stream will stop once the IBO stops selling. To secure your income for the future, first become a Business Leader and then work toward becoming a Group Business Leader.

Current Business Leaders should review their organization for IBOs with business-building potential and help those IBOs qualify. Some Business Leaders may be concerned that developing new Business Leaders will prevent qualification. This is only true if you are totally dependent on this one person. But, if you don’t encourage this person with potential to become a Business Leader, they will become disgruntled and walk away. Regardless, this person will be lost. However, if you continually sponsor consumers and business builders, you can continue to qualify with 5,000 Personal Group IBO Sales (PGIBO Sales) or more.

When new Business Leaders qualify, they will earn the following bonuses:

Earn Big Bonuses New Business Leaders can earn: Retail Profit (up to 20%) + Sponsoring Bonus

(approx. $50/person) + IBO Bonus (up to 20%) + Business Leader Performance Bonus (5% of PGIBO Sales) for a total of $500 to $600!

Business Leaders who sponsored new Business Leaders will earn: Additional 8% High Performance Bonus

of PGIBO Sales + 6% of SV from Leadership Development Bonus (equivalent to 3% on PGIBO Sales). This is approximately 11% on Personal Group IBO Sales, i.e., $550 additional income!

Spark Inspiration & Duplication Developing a new Business Leader creates a sense of accomplishment for yourself, your new downline, and your entire Personal Group. As this excitement and enthusiasm permeates your organization, duplication will happen organically.

Become a Group Business Leader and Earn $5,000 to $6,000 As shown, immediately after developing a new Business Leader an additional $550 can be earned. Continue down this path and develop three more Business Leaders to become a Group Business Leader. For every Business Leader you develop, you will earn additional Leadership and incremental Profit Sharing. But the true increase comes from the Group Performance Bonus, a new bonus for Group Business Leaders. This bonus can be up to $3,000! Therefore, a Group Business Leader can earn $5,000 to $6,000. This is when income becomes secure.

Before beginning the SunFit® Program, I was overweight and suffered from health problems, such as poor sleep, coming down with colds easily, and always feeling tired. Eventually I decided to get serious about my health and lose weight, so I began the SunFit® Program. Q I’ve heard that women get “bulky” when they lift weights too often or that are too heavy. Is this true? What if I do Fitness Brigade—will I bulk up?

A Good question. It’s a common misconception that women who lift weights get bulky. Testosterone is needed to really bulk up, and unless a woman is adding additional testosterone to her body medicinally, bulking up should not be a concern. Men can

bulk up muscle because of the testosterone in their bodies. Fitness Brigade is designed to build lean muscle that helps burn calories and also build endurance and stamina. Women who have participated in the program have not complained about bulking up. What they do notice are slimmed-down waists and toned arms and legs—that’s the power of Fitness Brigade.
