Free Legal ClinicsMain Library, Gates Rm & Simplot Rm on First FloorVolunteer law students and on-site supervising attorneys offer free, short-term legal advice and one-on-one assistance to those who cannot afford legal representation. The Clinics are open to any low-income resident on a first-come first-serve basis. The clinics are provided on the second Monday each month by the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association in partnership with Concordia University School of Law, the University of Idaho, the City of Boise and Boise Public Library.

Then, leap across River Street to Artist’s Alley, taking place in the Friends warehouse. This is your chance to meet comic creators, get autographs and original artwork, buy and trade comics and show off all your costumed finery.
