Today, it is considered one of the benchmarks of a fine French restaurant and at Calico Gals a very fun and scrappy quilt block! Here’s the opportunity for quilters with moderate abilities to learn to sew a quirky new block, using your favorite scraps to create your own unique “fabric soup” quilt. Learn “the secrets” to picking fabrics that become sparkling scrap quilts, using the angles on your rulers and carefully working with bias edge triangles.
