THE STAR Program-Other details
Selection criteria-Every aspirant will have to take a online selection test. Only candidates who pass will be selected
Duration of the internship : Min. 2 Months/8 Weeks

THE STAR Program- Stipend & Incentive structure
A Basic Stipend –Rs 3000 for 8 weeks
NOTE-Basic stipend will be paid subject to the following parameters:•100% attendance for all 8 weeks•Adherence to the calling sheet (no of calls made)
Incentives upto Rs 5000 per month(depends on purely sales target achievement)
