 Key Responsibilities:

1. To seek appointment with the customers and give them a demo about the online platform of ICICI

direct for Mutual Fund investment.

2. Highlight the various options available within the mutual fund product category.

3. Capturing the feedback from customer through an online survey post demo.

4. Every intern will be trained on the demo, and flash presentation and survey formats will be

uploaded on the laptop.

Reporting: Interns will have a guide assigned to them.

Basic skills required:

• An attitude of learning, willing to work hard and patience to understand the needs of the

customer.

• Good communication skills - To effectively understand and communicate the benefit of doing

Mutual fund transaction on I-Direct

 Important Points :

• It is necessary that every intern selected have their own laptop for the survey project. This is

a mandatory requirement.

•

Every intern will have to submit a detailed project report to the Institute and to ICICISecurities. Template for the Report will be provided by ICICI Securities.

• To demonstrate the smooth functioning of MF section through an audio-visual presentation

• To capture feedback about the presentation/any other service request and inform the

Reporting Manager.

• The survey form completed should be presented to ICICI Securities only.

• Certificates will be issued to the interns post submission of project report.

Stipend :

Fixed amount of Rs. 100 /- per survey form completed will be given. Mobile & dongle amount to be

reimbursed – Rs 700 for dongle & Rs 300 for mobile for a month (4 weeks). Pay-outs to be done

after completion of project and subject to intern doing at least 35 demos.

Students, who are going to choose specialisation as fin+ mktg are required to register their
