Will Rogers Gardens

Young sprouts will love digging into the Will Rogers Gardens; J r. Master Gardener Day Camp. The all-day
fund includes vegetable gardening, insect exploration, nature crafts, container gardens, tree hikes and
more. For ages 7-11. Camp takes place in an indoor/outdoor environment.
Two Sessions Available: J une 1-5 and J une 22-26
Camp runs: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Cost: $125 per camper
Snacks provided. Campers must bring a brown bag lunch and drink.

Recreation Day Camps
Fun is number on the agenda at the OKC Parks & Recreation new Summer Day Camp for boys and girls
ages 6-14. These new day camps offer a variety of activities including sports and games, fishing, nature
programs, visits from the OKC Arts Council's "Art in the Park" program, Metro Library, plus swimming and
field trips to various local attractions. Day camps take place in secure, indoor environments.
Cost: $80 per camper/week
Breakfast, lunch and snack provided by the Oklahoma Regional Food Bank. Includes t-shirt.
Camp times: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

OKC Parks Sports Day Camps
Boys and girls ages 6-14 can get their game on at our new Sports Summer Day Camp, where campers will
take part in daily sports activities. Each week will be dedicated to learning or enhancing skills in a different
sport: football, baseball/softball, soccer, basketball, volleyball and cheerleading. Mornings will be
dedicated to each week's sport, and in the afternoons, campers will enjoy a wide variety of recreation
activities.
Cost: $80 per camper/week

PLAY I N THE PARK
J oin the OKC Parks & Recreation Department for "Play in the Park," our signature Summer program for
children ages 6-14. This FREE basic recreation program provides plenty of fun in a safe, supervised
environment. Games, sports, arts & crafts and general recreation are available throughout the day on a
come-and-go basis. Registration is available daily at each location.
Cost: FREE
Lunch and snack are provided by the Oklahoma Regional Food Bank.
Camp times: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Dates: J une 8 - J uly 24, 2015 (closed J uly 3)

SUMMER PERFORMING ARTS CAMP
Singing, dancing, acting, stagecraft and more are all part of the fun at our Performing Arts Day Camp for
youth ages 6-17. Each two-week session guides campers as they learn to put on a full-scale musical
production for families and friends.
Cost: $190 per two-week session
Lunch and two snacks provided.
Campers are asked to wear comfortable clothing and close-toed shoes. Immunizations required.

EAGLES, HAWKS and OWLS Mini-Camp Birds of Prey share several anatomical features with everyone's favorite prehistoric creatures. Come learn
how they get their dino-mighty anatomy as we study these fascinating birds and design our own raptor
sculpture and mask. Participants must bring their own lunch. No peanut products, please. Call 405-297-
