Mark has been involved in children’s fitness and Summer Camp programs for over 18 years. As co-owner of two gymnastics schools in New England, Mark developed a love for helping children acquire athletic skills, self-confidence, coordination and good overall fitness levels. It is Mark’s belief that if children are having fun while getting fit, they will have a positive attitude toward other fitness activities as they move into adulthood.

Mark has developed a half day Summer Camp program called “Super Summer Fun Days” at the Frisco Athletic Center. Children are introduced to new games and fun activities each day.

The half day setting is perfect for getting lots of fun physical activity while not overwhelming the children. For those looking for a full day camp this summer, Mark suggests signing-up for an early morning camp offered at the FAC and mid day switching over to the “Super Summer Fun Days Camp” to finish up the day.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Ohio State University. He was a member of the Ohio State Gymnastics Team and currently holds his Personal Trainer Certification. He is also a certified member of the IYCA (International Youth and Conditioning Association). Mark Lives in Little Elm with his wife and two young daughters.
