Glastonbury has spun round again – accompanied by a typically apocalyptic weatherforecast. But who wants to see Metallica anyway? Not us. You can keep your Arcade Firesand your Dolly Partons too: ELLA WALKER has picked this bunch of eclectic, arty and handilylocal festivals to look forward to instead.
