Straight down is proud to boast two classic apparel event trailers: the

1946 Spartan and 2009 Airstream. Known as “Big Red” and “The Silver

Bullet”, these trailers roam the nation bringing tournament participants a

truly first-class experience.

This unique outdoor shopping experience brings guests and members

a dynamic mix of merchandise including polos, outerwear, luggage and

accessories without any inventory commitments for the club hosting the

event. Straight Down provides staff for the event, bringing apparel profes-

sionals focused on the highest level of customer service.

An on-site custom embroidery machine allows tournament participants the

opportunity to place the club, tournament or Straight Down logo on their

RETURN GOODS POLICY • All Return Authorization (RA#) requests must be handled through your SD Sales Rep • Only merchandise included in the return will be reviewed and accepted for credit. Any unauthorized styles included in the return will not be subject to credit and that merchandise will be returned to you. • All merchandise being returned must be clean and unaltered. Any Merchandise not meeting these standards will be returned to the customer.

SHORTAGES, ERRORS AND DEFECTS • All orders shipped are done so with the utmost care and precision. In the unlikely case of an error, Straight Down recommends doing the following: • Inspect all shipments very carefully • Verify total number of cartons • Carefully review packing list against items in your shipment to be sure they match. • Any shortages, errors, or defective merchandise must be reported to Straight Down Customer Service within five (5) days of the receipt of the merchandise. • Damage found and reported must be a defect that was caused by Straight Down. When possible, damaged merchandise will be repaired and returned to you promptly.
