Double One Way AGB Imperial Clout Girls u18 & Boys u16 120 yds

Gents 180 yds Girls u16 & Boys u14 100 yds Ladies and Boys u18 140 yds Girls u14 & Boys u12 80 yds If you wish to shoot an alternative distance to normal please state clearly on the entry form. Timing of Ends: This tournament will be shot to Method 2 (6 arrows in 4 minutes) in one detail if space permits.

AWARDS Awards: Best Clout and Most Petticoats open to all. Trophies for 1

st place Ladies, Gents and Juniors for: Compound, Recurve, Barebow, BB Traditional and Longbow

and 3rd

places for each bow style according to entries.

Fee: £8 per archer - Cheques should be dated 27th

July 2019 or after, payable to Southampton Archery Club and sent with entry form, or fees paid in cash with entry form, in advance of the closing date. Closing Date: Saturday 27

th July 2019 (or when the shoot is full). No refunds after the Closing Date.

Late entries: will be subject to space and Tournament Organiser’s discretion.

TARGET LIST & RESULTS

Target List: will be emailed to addresses provided on entry forms a few days before the shoot. Results: will be posted on our website and emailed to addresses provided as soon as possible after the shoot.

REFRESHMENTS Hot and cold food and drinks: Hopefully these will be available to purchase prior to assembly and at lunch time, but if building works are still on site this may not be possible – update will be sent with the Target List.

TENTS & PARKING

Tents are permitted for this event and must be sited in the marked areas. All cars must be parked in the car park on site, or at Trojans Club car park opposite; no cars on the field.

SMOKING Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is only permitted well behind the tent area on the field, or in the car park on site, or at Trojans Club car park opposite. Please do not leave cigarette ends and rubbish on the field.

PHOTOGRAPHY Any persons, whether archers or visitors, intending to take photographs, either still or video, are required to register their intention with the Tournament Organiser. Entrants bringing visitors to the tournament are asked to make them aware of this requirement.

This is a Tassel Award and UK Record Status event and Archery GB Rules of Shooting will apply. Only clothing in compliance with Rule 307 will be permitted (in particular, blue denim, olive drab and camouflage patterned clothing are NOT PERMITTED). All entrants must be members of Archery GB or World Archery - Please bring proof of membership (e.g. Archery GB Card). ALL ARCHERS (including Juniors) must sign the entry form to confirm that they have received instruction in clout shooting prior to the event, in accordance with AGB Rule 700(e). Archers competing at Record Status events will be liable for drugs testing and competitors approached to give samples must comply. Any refusal will be treated as a positive result. A parent or legal guardian of each archer under 18 must sign the entry form to signify consent to the junior being tested if approached. All Juniors must be accompanied by their parent or guardian. The Tournament Organisers have the right to exclude any person from the field for unreasonable behaviour. The Judge in Charge is responsible for the safe conduct of the shoot at all times. The Judge’s decision is final and must be obeyed. When you enter competitions the following information may be collected and shared with tournament organisers, scoring systems and other competitors, for example target lists and results may be published: First Name, Surname, Gender, Bow style, Date of Birth / Age category, Email, Address, Phone number, Club (and ID), County (and ID), Region (and ID), Round (unless defined by age), Disabled (Y/N), Disability info. Neither Southampton Archery Club nor the Landlord, its managers or its servants can accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury, howsoever caused.

Entry to the tournament is considered acceptance of these conditions, including GDPR.
