WHAT IS THE DUBAI PARKS AND RESORTS SUMMER CAMP?- A week-long program of action packed fun & activities across LEGOLAND® Dubai, LEGOLAND® Water Park, MOTIONGATE™ Dubai & Bollywood Parks™ Dubai- Designed for kids aged 5-14 years - 5 days – Sunday to Thursday from 9am – 5pm - Weekly Rates: AED 950 - Dates: Week 1: 8-12 July Week 2: 15-19 July Week 3: 22-26 July Week 4: 29 July – 2 August Week 5: 5 – 9 August Week 6: 12 -16 August Week 7: 19 – 23 August Eid Week 8: 26 – 30 August Eid

WILL THE ACTIVITIES BE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?Wherever possible, scheduled summer camp activities will take place indoors but as campers will also be out exploring the parks, they will be outdoors to enjoy the rides & attractions. LEGOLAND® Water Park is also an outdoor Water Park & please ensure campers bring along a refillable water bottle, hat & sunscreen.

IS TRANSPORTATION INCLUDED?- Yes, return STS Bus Transportation is included between designated GEMS school locations & Dubai Parks and Resorts - Drop with at 9:00-9:15am & pick-up 4:45-5:00 pm- GEMS collection locations: • 9am – Gems World Academy Al Barsha • 9am – Gems Jumeriah Primary School Jumeirah 1 • 9am - Winchester School Jebel Ali

DO I GET SIBLING DISCOUNT?Yes. There is a 15% discount available for all additional siblings enrolled at the Summer Camp. This is not available in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. First child will be charged at full price. CAN I SEND MY NANNY/CAREGIVER WITH MY KIDS?- No, Campers will be chaperoned by GEMS staff during Summer Camp - Exceptions apply for carers for children of determination WHAT IF MY CHILD HAS A MEDICAL CONDITION OR SPECIAL NEEDS?- Please make us aware of any medical conditions and/or any prescribed medications at the time of registration. Professional carers of Special Needs Children can also attend Summer Camp but please do discuss with us any requirements, at the time of booking.

AS A PARENT, WILL I HAVE A CONTACT PERSON AVAILABLE DURING CAMP? - Yes a dedicated person will be reachable. The contact detail will be communicated once the camp is confirmed.

MINIMUM KIDS & CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY Please note that we do require a minimum of children to run a successful and enjoyable camp and on the occasion that minimum number are not reached then camp will be cancelled. Parents will be advised minimum of 5 days in advance and registered campers will offered an alternative date. If alternate dates are not suitable, a full refund or future camp credit will be given.

CAN I DROP OFF MY CHILD EARLIER? There will be no supervision before the mentioned time from STS.

CAN I PICK UP MY CHILD LATER? No there will be no supervision after the mentioned time from STS.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM RUNNING LATE (MORNING OR EVENING)?If the bus left already, it will not possible to join the summer camp.

WILL THERE BE FIRST AID AVAILABLE? Qualified first aid personal will be on duty across all parks and in the unlikely event of a child requiring medical support or is injured, the parent will be notified immediately.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE: - Morning & afternoon snack plus lunch will be supplied - Vegetarian & non-vegetarian will be available

- Can food allergies be catered for? Yes, will adequate notice is supplied & confirmed by Summer Camp Team

- Can my kids bring their own food? No, unless child has specific allergy or medical requirements

- Water &/or juice will be supplied with meals & no soft drinks will served, unless written confirmation from parents supplied - Please ensure kids bring a refillable water bottle to camp each day to ensure they remain hydrated

WHAT TO WEAR:For all parks: - Casual clothing; t-shirts, shorts or sports clothing are all acceptable. We recommend shoes/trainers & suggest avoiding sending their children to camp in flip flops or sandals, except for LEGOLAND® Water Park- Please ensure all bags, clothing, containers are clearly labeled

LEGOLAND® Water Park: - Please bring swim wear, rash vest, T Shirt, shorts, flip flops, hat, towels and sunscreen - Please ensure kids wear their swimsuit under clothes upon arrival at park (to speed up entry & maximize fun)- Life jackets are available within the parks for children who are not strong swimmers- Please note: Boardshorts, speedos, one and two-piece swimsuits, burkinis, and rash guards are the only acceptable types of swim attirefor LEGOLAND® Water Park. Due to safety concerns, all other forms of clothing is NOT PERMITTED to be worn while in the water

Please ensure all children bring a hat, sunscreen & a refillable water bottle.

CAN WE HIRE LOCKERS & WHEEL CHAIRS? Yes, both are available within each park but are paid services

IS THERE PRAYER ROOMS WITH PARKS? Yes, all parks offer several prayer rooms

ARE THERE AGE/HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS ON SOME ACTIVITIES? The health & safety of children is a priority to us so height & ages restrictions do apply to some rides & attractions

WHAT HAPPENS TO LOST PROPERTY? All lost property items will be delivered to the relevant park lost property at Guest Services & will be the responsibility of parents to collect

IN WHICH LANGUAGE ARE THE CAMPS PROGRAMS CONDUCTED?The program will be conducted in English.

CAN NON-RESIDENT CHILDREN PARTICIPATE?Yes, they can.

CANCELLATION: - No refund or credit is available for no-show, illness or cancellation - What if my child is sick? In the unfortunate occasion that child is unwell then we kindly ask you to please refrain from sending your child/children to camp to ensure affecting other children - Any sick or children arriving with a fever will be not accepted at camp & will be parents responsibility to collect child from camp
