Important InformationProcedures for Participating in Recreation ClassesThe City’s priority is protecting the health and safety of our patrons. Please help us ensure the safety of participants and instructors by adhering to the public health guidelines in addition to following the City’s procedures: • Register in advance for a session and agree to participant waiver.• Face coverings required at all times in classes, camps and waiting areas.• Activities will have a limited capacity to ensure proper social distancing based on the current phase guidelines. • All interactions with students will be socially distanced based on the current phase guidelines. • Classes will have a cleaning and sanitizing break before the next session starts. • Instructors will perform a health screening upon arrival. • All patrons will immediately wash their hands or use hand sanitizer upon arrival.• Instructors will sort, separate and label groups of materials for each child to use exclusively throughout the program.

Additional Reminders for Parents:• Do not send your child to class/camp if they have any symptoms of illness or are exposed to someone who is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. Anyone with temperatures reading 100.4 or higher will be required to leave.• Have participants wash their hands before and after class.• Practice social distancing to the best of your ability during outdoor classes and camps. • Have participants use the restroom prior to class.• Students should not arrive 5 minutes before or be picked up later than 5 minutes after the class. • Talk to your child about how class will be different and what socially distant means (instructor will be wearing a mask, they will have an assigned area to sit, they need to keep a safe distance from other children).• Please be flexible and patient with staff and instructors. This is not “business as usual.” We are working hard to adapt and accommodate all of the guidelines and requirements in order to offer programming for the community.

Music and Fitness ClassesMusic for Preschool, Ages 2 - 4 Join your child for a fun, safe, socially distanced, high energy music class. Parents and children will have appropriate spacing to sing and dance with individual rhythm instruments for your use. Tiger Kids Martial Arts Classes The Tiger Kids/White Tiger Martial Arts is a non-profit, multicultural program dedicated to preserving the Martial Arts, educating and training youth for a better future. Refund PolicyA full refund (minus the convenience fee) will be given if a Recreation and Tourism class or camp is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment. If a refund request is submitted online at cityofmillcreek.com/refund at least 3 business days prior to the start of the class or camp, a refund minus a $10 processing and the convenience fee will be issued within 72 hours. Injuries or illness are handled on a case by case basis. Documentation required by the last date of the class/camp to receive a refund.
