The LR24-HE is a revolutionary architectural troffer that achieves an industry leading 100 lumens per watt and is designed for applications that require high ambient light levels, including offices, schools, and hospitals. It utilizes Cree TrueWhite® Technology that generates white light with LEDs in a new way and is the first to combine high efficacy, beautiful color and affordability.


Delivered light output is set to provide the ideal amount of light with the lowest possible energy consumption for standard ceiling heights.

The LR24 is designed to deliver an optimal amount of light with typical luminaire spacing.

Optical System•Proprietary optical system utilizes a unique combination of reflective and refractive

optical components to achieve a uniform, comfortable appearance. Pixelation and direct view of uncomfortable LEDs is eliminated.

•Lower reflector finished with a textured high reflectance white polyester powder coating to create a comfortable visual transition from the diffuser to the ceiling plane.

World-Changing Technology – The LRP-38 lamp combines numerous technical innovations, including breakthroughs in optical design, electronics design, mechanical design, and thermal management. The core innovation is a new way to generate white light with LEDs.

The technology is elegantly simple, yet incredibly effective. It delivers high efficacy light with beautiful, warm color characteristics by mixing the light from red and yellow LEDs.

This approach enables color management to maintain tight color consistency over the life of the product. In addition, the LRP-38 utilizes a revolutionary LED component that miniaturizes the technology into a compact package.

Effective Thermal Management – The long life of an LED product depends on effectively controlling the operating temperature of the LEDs. Employing an integrated thermal management system including heat-pipe technology, the LRP-38 is designed to effectively transfer heat and keep the maximum LED temperature at or below maximum levels — even when installed in a worst case environment.

Unique Optical Approach – The LRP-38 lamp uses a unique optical design, enabling an unprecedented aesthetic. The lamp initially directs the majority of flux to a precisely formed reflector which, in turn, redirects high quality light into a tightly focused beam. This approach allows the majority of light to be delivered to the intended target with minimal waste. The result is a lamp with significant light output and very low surface brightness. The optical design of the LRP-38 lamp lets the observer focus on the illuminant, not the light source.
