Google Chrome Browser Release in February 2020 Changed SameSite Cookie Behavior and can break Salesforce Integrations. 3rd Party links from our Product: Cookies need to be changed by the owner of the cookie so if an IC is calling out to a 3rd Party site and this is not rendering in WX, then this needs to be addressed by the owner of that site.

HCM Saleforce reporting

Salesforce recommends granting users permission to run a subscribed report as another user: Subscribe to Reports: Set Running User.

Sage People recommends two permission sets: - One for subscription admins - One for subscribers. Key permission is Subscribe to Reports: Set Running User Do not grant subscriber users permission to Set Running User.

U.S.Tax Forms Symmetry Guest User Permission

Symmetry Guest User permissions must be updated to enable users to to submit tax forms.

Do not activate this critical update.


User cannot close an objective from Performance Overview (actions other than Close work as expected).

R6 onwards Workaround: the user can still close the objective from the Objectives page.

If a plan has been set up giving planners the ability to edit the ‘Effective Date’ of a team member, they should do so using the date-picker and shouldn’t enter the date manually.

Use the date picker.

Time Time Off Absence Accrual Pattern/ Absence Accrual Rule/ Generate accrual. Do not use the Generate Accrual option.

The baseline (Absence Accrual) records it creates will not correctly reflect the end part period configuration in the Accrual Rule.
