The Virginia Beach Neptunes Baseball Club is proud to announce Luxury Suite Lease
opportunities. An integral part of any venue is the exclusive Suite Level. The “Suite Life”
will bring you and your guests an experience like no other.
Located a just few feet from the Virginia Beach Sportsplex, construction will soon begin for
a 5,000+ fixed-seat, multi-purpose ballpark. The venue will be known for “360 degrees of
fun”, complete with hospitality areas, a giant kids area, an outfield berm and of course, 14
state-of-the-art luxury suites. Our ballpark will be home to 70 Virginia Beach Neptunes
(Atlantic League of Professional Baseball) home games and dozens of other events. We
are also diligently working to procure a Coastal Plain League team (Collegiate wood bat)
and hoping to host Tidewater Community College NJCAA Baseball Team’s home games!
Down the 1st & 3rd base lines, 14 fully furnished luxury suites will reside in the enclosed,
climate controlled Suite Level (2nd level) of the ballpark. Strategically placed behind home
plate on the Suite Level will be a full service members-only interactive MVP Lounge will be
designed to offer a unique experience; complete with WI-FI, modern furniture, large screen
televisions and a full service bar with food options.
Whether for fun, business, a celebration or client meeting…The Suite Life will be a game
changing experience for all.
You and your guests can watch the game from your climate controlled Luxury Suite. Enjoy
amenities such as a private, in-suite restroom and preferred parking. Receive member
privileges all year round including tickets to ALL games/events, MVP Lounge access and
more!

We understand this reservation is non-binding until a final Agreement, in writing, is executed by all parties. Priority in selecting
Suite will be based upon date of Reservations. The deposit will be applied to lease payment.
Refundable deposit to hold suite through start of construction of ballpark
If start of season is delayed or full home game schedule is modified due to stadium construction, first year lease will be pro-
rated.
Fully furnished, climate controlled suite and private restroom,
with high speed WI-FI access, flat screen HDTV with cable access,& refrigerator. You may also choose to decorate, design, or customize your suite
Company/Name Recognition on your suite entrance door
Full access to your ballpark suite for Virginia Beach Neptunes home games, other
ticketed events and personal/professional use on game & non-game days
14 suite tickets to every Neptunes home game (suite/tickets discounted from game day
price); open one hour prior to and 45 minutes after game; unused tickets may be
exchanged for general seating, based upon availability
14 complimentary suite tickets to every other “ticketed” event at the ballpark; open one hour prior to and 45 minutes after game
12 covered, open air padded seats directly outside of suite
Four Preferred Parking passes to every Neptunes home game
$250/year in Baseball Bucks; used for concourse level Concessions only during Neptunes home games
