THE PLAINTIFF ABOVENAMED STATES AS UNDER: -

1. The Plaintiff is residing at the address mentioned in the cause

title. The Defendant Nos. 1 to 3 are residing at their respective addresses as

mentioned in the cause title. The Defendant Nos. 1 and 2 are the brothers.

2. At all material time, the Plaintiff and the Defendants jointly

carried on business in partnership in the firm name of M/s.

_________________________ (hereinafter for brevity referred as the “suit

partnership”) under a Deed of Partnership dated ____________ (“the said

Partnership Deed”) upon the terms and conditions recorded therein. A copy

of the said Deed of Partnership dated ______________ is hereto annexed and

marked as Exhibit “A”. The suit partnership is duly registered under the

Indian Partnership Act, 1932 in the records of the Registrar of Firms. A

photocopy of an extract of the record of the Registrar of Firms to that effect

is hereto annexed and marked as Exhibit “B”.
