REVISED 5/2016 SUGGESTED MOUNTING FOR STARDUSTER TECHNISEAL TROFFERS FLANGE SERIES F0, F1, F2 (FRONT ACCESS) 1) Remove lens frame assembly by unfastening all captive screws, squeeze the (2) safety wire hinges or unclip (2) safety snells. 2) Remove reflector by removing (4) hex nut fasteners and disconnecting the LED array from the driver by way of quick disconnects or wire nuts and set reflector aside. 3) Remove the tape securing the (4) swing bars to the housing. 4) Place luminaire into ceiling opening and turn (4) swing bar screws clockwise, until luminaire pulls up securely to the ceiling. 5) Route supply wiring into fixture, make all necessary wiring connections. 6) Reconnect LED array to driver by way of quick disconnects or wire nuts. Reattach and secure reflector, safety wire hinges or safety snells, and lens frame assembly. FLANGE SERIES F3, F4 (REAR ACCESS) 1) Remove lens frame assembly by unfastening all captive screws, squeeze the (2) safety wire hinges or unclip (2) safety snells. 2) Remove the tape securing the (4) swing bars to the housing. 3) Place luminaire into ceiling opening and turn (4) swing bar screws clockwise, until luminaire pulls up securely to the ceiling. 4) Reattach and secure the lens frame assembly. 5) Remove Securing screws for the rear access door located near door handle. Raise and support rear access door with prop rod provided. 6) Remove reflector by removing (4) hex nut fasteners and disconnecting the LED array from the driver by way of quick disconnects or wire nuts and set reflector aside. 7) Remove the driver cover plate(s). 8) Route supply wiring into fixture, make all necessary wiring connections. 9) Reconnect LED array to driver by way of quick disconnects or wire nuts. Reattach and secure reflector, driver cover plate(s), and rear access door. GRID SERIES G0, G1, G2 (FRONT ACCESS) 1) Place Luminaire into ceiling opening. 2) Secure the Luminaire to the “T” bar using the provided brackets and screws. 3) Open lens frame assembly by unfastening all captive screws. 4) Remove reflector by removing (4) hex nut fasteners and disconnecting the LED array from the driver by way of quick disconnects or wire nuts and set reflector aside. 5) Route supply wiring into fixture, make all necessary wiring connections. 6) Reconnect LED array to driver by way of quick disconnects or wire nuts. Reattach and secure reflector, driver cover plate(s), and lens frame assembly. GRID SERIES G3, G4 (REAR ACCESS) 1) Place luminaire into ceiling opening. 2) Secure the luminaire to the “T” bar using the provided brackets and screws. 3) Remove Securing screws for the rear access door located near door handle. On stainless steel units, tightly adhering deposits may be removed by using a stainless steel polishing powder. Never use steel wool or steel brushes on stainless steel. Always rub in the direction of the polish lines. Note: All luminaires to be installed by a qualified electrician.
