About Us Excel Engineering was established in 1998 at a strategically located highly
industrialized area of Pune. We are engaged in manufacture of a wide range of sugar plant equipment, sugar mill machinery, for Indian and export market. Over the years, we have diversified our range of products in to several other areas. We are backed by a team of motivated and ambitious engineering professionals who have immense industry experience that enables us in manufacturing products to cater to the specific industry segments.
In addition to sugar plant we are also manufacturing, distillation equipments, material handling systems, equipments for chemical/pharmaceutical plants, industrial refrigeration systems. Leveraging on the expertise and experience of our team, we have achieved excellence for fabrication, site installation and commissioning for various equipments on turnkey basis. We have executed several projects on turnkey basis, where we lay complete emphasis on each stages right from conceptual design till, supply and commissioning of the plant.
Distillation Kettle
Our distillation kettles are manufactured using quality tested raw material, which we source from certified vendors of the market. These distillation kettles to our customers in various capacities these are known to be extensively used in various industries like food processing and chemical processing. The offered distillation kettles are offered by us with limpet coils, tube bundles and jackets depending upon the applications. These distillation kettles passes upward through a solid coil transferring into a casing where it is condensed and later collected at base and discharged as distilled water.
Columns
The professionals of our firm manufacture these columns keeping in mind the needs of varied industries. These columns are offered by us for various batch type/continuous applications to operate under atmospheric or vacuum conditions and multi pressure. We provide these industrial columns to the clients in qualitative packaging material to ensure their safe transits. These columns are highly efficient distillation columns that are designed to achieve highly effective distillation process for a variety of products.
Condensers
The range is inclusive of various grades of stainless steel and mild steel condensers. Specifically designed, these condensers are known for their efficient performance and come with steam condenser, which is a basic kind of air-cooled heat exchanger. The condenser range has 35°sloped bundles to reduce footprint and 100 percent welded connections to avoid leakage. Furthermore, in order to meet the variegated needs of our clients we have manufactured these condensers with copper tubes/aluminium fins and are duly pressure tested. This helps it to transfer heat as rapidly as possible and demand minimal cleaning for the better transfer of the heat. Shell and tube water cooled condensers are also available in 15TR to 100TR. These condensers use mild steel shell of adequate thickness with integrally finned copper tubes.
Vacuum Pan
Our domain expertise has enabled us to offer vacuum pans to the esteemed patrons.
