CAR (an acronym for Classics And Rods Vocational Training Program) is soon to be a new California 501(c)(3) formed by Radrods of Norcal, Inc. launched by Suede Beradino of Sonoma County with community support.
program goalProvide new pathways to productive careers for motivated, sometimes socially struggling, progressive youth.
what’s uniqueThe program goes beyond typical automobile repair vocational training. It recognizes the unique needs of a special student population.
Automobile service and rebuilding is blended with career and life lessons not seen anywhere else...mentoring by iconic industry experts leading toward certification and a career path customized by each student's interests.

On any average day, attendees will work alongside male and female instructors, with a high teacher to student ratio to optimize the results.
PLUS! Beyond the training itself, important real life mentoring lessons will be shared as students attend regularly scheduled field trips, with visits to (and by) prominent successful members of the hot rod/classic car industry
