2. THE PROBLEM The problem I am facing about my countries is terrible medical care. This is a problem because the life expectancy of my countries is 57 years old, the infant mortality per 100,000 is 69.2, the birth rate per 100,00 is 32,and there are only 9 doctors per 100,000.A minor problemis education, weonly have aliteracy rate of61.1%. 3. POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS 1.Send educated Sudanese people to medical school in the U.S, andwhen they are finished they come back to Sudan. 2.Make a deal with Ethiopia where Sudan & South Sudan sell some oftheir oil for money, give the money to Ethiopia to build schools, and inreturn Ethiopia gives us 20 of their finest doctors and 1 medical school. 3.Do nothing and hope there are more doctors in Sudan and SouthSudan 4. THE CONTRACT 5. Solution # 12 3Pros The doctor can Ethiopia gets We dont have teach others schools and to do anythingSudan getsdoctorsCons May not have NoneMay not work enough money to send the people 6. FINAL SOLUTIONThe final solution to my problem is to use solution 1 & 2. I choose #1 because each doctor can teach others to become doctors. I choose solution #2 because it helps Ethiopia with their education problem and it helps us with our medical problems so everyone wins.
