Set a realistic goal. Concentrate on its achievement by resistingall temptations and beingdetermined and persistent.
Cultivate the ability to makedecisions and think alone. Donot be afraid of failure, butlearn from it.
Be observing constantly. Stayopen-minded. Be eager to learnand improve.
Practice self-discipline andkeep emotions under control.Good judgment and commonsense are essential.
There is no substitute for work.Worthwhile results come fromhard work and careful planning.
