Survey on Dental Hygiene Activity - Learners 4
Name- ______________ Learners 4 Sec- ______ Keeping your teeth and gums healthy and clean is called Dental hygiene. Dental care is very important for healthy life. Our teeth are important for many reasons. Most of us like to keep them healthy and clean so that we have a bright and healthy smile and have the ability to eat whatever we like. Basic dental care involves brushing and flossing of teeth regularly. Developing good dental habits and regular check up are the best way to prevent many dental problems. This survey will help us to get information about basic dental hygiene. You have to meet 5 males and 5 females of different age groups. Interact with them to find out how they are aware of dental hygiene in their daily routine life.
Submit this survey by July 6 , 2017 to your science teacher.

Parents, can offer their kids a meaningful
experience of yoga ,all they have to do is make it part of their life.
Let your child practice some simple exercises. Guide them to do each exercise for 20 seconds for young ones, and up to one minute for primary school age children (preferably empty stomach).
Let them practice a 15-20 minute routine in the morning. Correct posturing and control over breathing is important.
Children enjoy the benefits of the physical practice of yoga. With them, it’s even more fun to invent new poses by modeling animal behaviour or observing nature.
