1. who can enter the aDiPeC awards?the Awards are open to all technical professionals and companies operating in the oil and gas industry. Submissions related to other industries will not be accepted. the information submitted should focus on the time period between January 2018 to July 2019. Previous entrants and finalists may re-submit an appropriately updated entry.
2. are there any entry fees associated with the entry submission?there are no fees associated with submitting an entry.
3. How do i submit an entry for aDiPeC awards? All entry submissions are to be made through the online submission system on the ADIPEC Awards webpage, www.adipec.com/awards. Choose your category, read the judging criteria, complete all required fields and submit your entry.
5. Can i complete the entry submission form in any language?All entries should be submitted in English. Any entry submitted in a different language will not be accepted.
6. Can i submit more than one entry?Yes, you can submit multiple entries in one and/or across all of the categories.
7. Can i submit the same entry in different categories?If your entry is relevant to multiple categories and corresponds with the entry submission criteria, then yes.
8. Can i submit multiple entries for the same project in one category?Please do not submit entries for the same project more than once. If an entry is submitted multiple times, the most recent entry will be considered with previous entries being deleted.
9. Can i submit entries from different offices?Yes, you can submit entries from different offices, please indicate clearly in the entry form both the “focal point of contact details” and the “submission entry details”
10. Do i have to submit my entry in one sitting or am i able to come back to my application, at a later date, to complete it?the online submissions portal allows entrants to save the progress of their submission details and return to add or complete the entry at a later time. Applicants must remember to save their progress and can update and change the content as many times as needed, up until the submissions deadline of Monday 29 July 2019.
