MEDITATION AS MEDICINEPeople today are very much aware of the importance of maintaining their physical health . Various means have been suggested as keys to improving one’s well being but the fact of psychological stability is still too often downplayed , either because its importance is not fully recognized or because no way of Therefore “Meditation” hstrengthening that stability has been known.Numerous scientific investigations have undoubtedly proved that psychological stress can have disastrous effect on physical health.More significantly , there is evidence that a simple means exists which relieves stress and re-establishes mental harmony when practiced regularly , and thus is a vital adjunct to any program for maintaining and promoting health.as been chosen as my topic to help the society and promote Mental health which is much required in this advancing world.

Focusing on inner peace and satisfaction , which is very important for leading a healthy , long and positive life , I have tried to help the society by making the society aware about inner peace and , satisfaction and spirituality through the medium of meditation.

INTRODUCTION OF MEDITAION IN MEDICAL WORLDWhat is more dangerous than physical illness is mental illness . The practice of meditation could be introduced in the Medical World to help patients recover well mentally and subsequently physically . Meditation thus can be a real medicine for patients trying to recover from deadly diseases.

MEDITATION IN FASHIONFashion reflects one’s thoughts and personality . Fashion today is changing according to changing people’s demands and ideas .

Meditation could be introduced in fashion as well . Focusing more on light colours and comfort , made up of organic material , can be a good initiative towards peace .

One hour everyday for peace!

Stay silent for an hour everyday , meditate , introspect and reflect the inner peace and satisfaction.

Today , almost everyone in this world is focusing on moving forward , adopting all positive and negative methods alike , often ignoring the fact of inner peace and satisfaction.Therefore in my opinion the need of the hour is to make individuals aware about mental peace , satisfaction and spirituality , in order to avoid the most deadliest of consequences that individuals are heading towards.Therefore I’ve chosen the topic “MEDITATION AS MEDICINE” which focuses on inner peace which is usually being ignored now a days.My submission is unique since not a lot of people today focus on their mental health , and this gives them a chance to focus on their mental health and lead a positive life . Also this submission is economically affordable by almost everyone and focuses on larger issues such as “World Peace” , “Recovery of Patients” , “Improvement of Mental Health” and “Light Comfortable Fashion i.e. almost every important aspect of a modern individual’s life.

In the modern world , where the technological , industrial , and economical advancements are taking place at a rapid speed , decline of mental health and advancements in diseases such as depression and stress are also taking place at an equally rapid speed.My mother practices meditation daily and realizing the change in her attitude towards life , it getting more and more positive and healthy every passing day , I realized the importance and meditation in our daily life , which has become too hectic and stressful now-a -days . I met a few other individuals I realized its advantages.I realized that everyone must be made aware of its benefits , individuals from all fields and classes . Thus, this inspired my work and I tried to help society and contribute to the society by making them aware of its benefits and thus using ‘Meditation’ as ‘Medicine’ and healing modern individuals’ increasing negative attitude.
