SUBJECT: RE-COMPOSITION OF ALL SHARE ISLAMIC INDEX OF PAKISTAN

It is hereby informed that the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited has carried-out the exercise of re-

composition of ALL SHARE ISLAMIC INDEX OF PAKISTAN. The re-composition has been carried out

on the basis of the criteria of selection of companies as detailed in the Brochure of All Share Islamic

Index of Pakistan, which can be downloaded from the website of the Exchange: www.psx.com.pk.

The recomposed All Share Islamic Index of Pakistan will comprise of 232 companies, in aggregate, out

of which 25 new companies have entered the Index, whereas, 30 companies have been removed from

the Index. Enclosed herewith the list with complete details of inclusion and exclusion of the recomposed

The recomposed Index will be implemented w.e.f August 01, 2016.
