Subject:- Re-allocation of fund in connection with payment of Book-grant to thestudents reading in Class XI & XII to. BPL family during the year 2017-18under state Plan against SCP (Demand No. 20).

The Finance Department (Budget Branch) Viele Memo No.FAO (03)-FIN (B)/2015/21517-24 dated 05/07/2017 has released a sum of ~10/12/500j- only under F.R. Code No. 0625 being theStipend & Scholarship (Non-Salary) during the year 2017-18' (2nd Quarter) under State-plan againstSCP (Demand No. - 20).

Now, after careful consideration of the requirement a sum of ~10/12/098j- (RupeesTen lakhs twelve thousand ninety eight) only being the Book-Grant to BPL students reading inClass XI & XII during the year 2017-18 is hereby re-allocated to the various H/O & 000, GomatiDistrict under State Plan under Demand No. 20.

The amount shall be drawn against the re-allocated fund according to the Delegation ofFinanciai Powers Ruies, Tripura 2011 issued vide Notification i'Jo.F.9 (2)-Fli'J (G)j2007 dated 09-12-2011.

This re-allocation is issued in pursuance of fund released from the Finance Departmentvide Memo No. No.FAO FAO (03)-FIN (B)/2015/21517-24 dated 05-07-2017 under F.R. Code No.0625 appropriation as follows:-
