This course is designed to help you improve your English skills while experiencing the art, architecture, culture and fun of San Diego. Communicative English language lessons taught by experienced professionals focus on developing your language skills from the very first day. PROGRAM OPTIONS
PACKAGE 1: SUMMER ENGLISH PROGRAM + 2 WEEK STAY AT A HOSTEL - $1,570Stay at a comfortable student hostel, walking distance from NewSchool of Architecture & Design. Students stay in shared rooms. Daily breakfast and free internet are Included in the cost. Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
PACKAGE 2: SUMMER ENGLISH PROGRAM + 2 WEEK STAY AT HOST FAMILY - $1,675Enjoy and learn about American culture by living with a local host family. Students will stay in private rooms. Daily breakfast and dinners are included in the cost. Minimum age requirement: 16 years.
COURSE OVERVIEW
Morning Session | Communication ClassMorning classes focus on practical oral communication including listening and speaking skills. By participating in fun, interactive language activities, students start learning English that they can use right away. On cultural excursion days, a portion of morning classes build vocabulary and knowledge to help students get the most out of their afternoon activity.
Afternoon Session | Art Themed Excursions and Workshops Afternoon sessions give students the chance to practice their English while exploring their artistic side. On-campus workshops provide students the opportunity for creativity and expression. Off-campus excursions take students on art, architecture and culture-related tours and activities while they get to know San Diego.
