Mr. Mike Li has been working in Inland Revenue Department and various International firms in Hong Kong since graduation from Hong Kong Polytechnic. He specialized in taxation areas giving solutions to his students and clients. He started working full-time in education field since 2000 and worked for HKICPA as Education Director in 2006. He is the founder and Principal for HKCA responsible for accountancy training for the professional qualifications of QP and ACCA. Mike obtained Master degree in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and is now an Australia Chartered Accountant, a Fellow member of HKICPA, ACCA (UK) and an Associate member of the Hong Kong Taxation Institute and a Certified Tax Advisor. Mike has taught taxation and management classes in Hong Kong and Mainland China since 2001. Due to his effective teaching methods and his devoted effort, many of his students like himself had become prize-winners and top affiliates.

Ms. Jennifer Chen (Papers F5 & P3) ACCA, BSc(UK), MBA Jennifer worked for ACCA Shanghai Office from 2003 and is responsible for the supervision of ACCA exam centers and tuition providers in China. She is familiar with the ACCA courses and knows what the students need very well. In 2005 she went to Singapore and passed the remaining 8 papers in the first attempt. She graduated in ACCA Dec 2005 exam session, and is also awarded a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting with the First Class Honours. She then obtained MBA degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and now has more than 10 years of teaching experience in Hong Kong & China for the financial and management subjects. Under her devoted efforts, the pass rate of her classes is over 90%.

His extensive teaching and practical experience in Business Law and Company Law has galvanized students from all walks of life. Mr. Yip earned his first degree in economics at The University of Hong Kong and a MA in English at City University of Hong Kong. Ms. Lillian Li (Papers F7 & P2)

Master of Accounting

Lillian Li is an experienced lecturer for ACCA and AIA, focusing on financial reporting. One of her AIA students got World Prize in the Paper 13 exam (equivalent paper to ACCA P2) in May 2013. Lillian has a ten-year plus professional career, and gains a wide range of working experience, covering accounting, reporting, costing, as well as taxation and financial analysis. Her employers range from pharmacy group, insurance company to automotive group. She has been teaching P2 with HKCA for Shanghai Jian Tung University for 7 years.

Mr. Francis Hui (Papers F7 & P2) FCCA, MPA(HK), BBA Mr. Francis Hui had over 8 years accounting & management control experience in sizable company, including listed company and have over 6 years experience in higher education. He serve as a student affairs sub committee for ACCA Hong Kong for 5 years which responsible for promoting ACCA qualification. He is closed with ACCA development and familiar with ACCA qualification. He is also the first full member after the induction of the new syllabus since 2007. For the last 4 years, Francis taught Financial reporting, Management accounting and Corporate governance classes in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China as well as ACCA revision course.

Mr. Victor Leung (Papers F9 & P4) MFin (HKU), PDPA (CUHK), BBA (Hons), FCCA, CFA, FRM

Mr. Victor Leung has over 15 years of experience in financial industry spanning across accounting controls, treasury, market risk and counterparty credit risk management. He has worked at various positions in banking and is currently engaging in one of the leading international banks in Hong Kong. Victor received Master of Finance with double majors in Financial Engineering and Risk Management from the University of Hong Kong and Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Accountancy from Chinese University of Hong Kong. His professional achievements are not only in the accounting field as the Fellow Member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) but also in the finance areas with the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM). With his strong academic and professional qualifications background, and the passion for education, Victor aims to share his intensive knowledge of corporate finance, treasury markets, quantitative financial valuations and risk management – with the same zest he possesses that will lead his students to be successful in the professional exams.

Mr. Tony Ng (Papers F8 & P7)

Bachelor of Commerce, CPA

Mr. Tony Ng has been working in the field of accounting and finance for

more than 6 years. He has been working in one of the “Big Four” firms in

Hong Kong and companies listed on Hong Kong Main Board. Having

passed his accountancy professional examinations in the first attempt

together with extensive practical audit and accounting experience, Tony

aims to impart his knowledge and techniques to students for passing the

professional exams in first attempt.

Ms. Juliet Zhou (Papers P1 & P7) FCCA, MBA(UK), MCMI, CRMA

Ms. Juliet Zhou obtained its degree in Finance, Accounting & Management from the University of Nottingham (UK) and MBA from University of Manchester (UK). She is now a fellow member of ACCA. Juliet has been working in practicing, specialized in auditing and assurance engagements for around 9 years and currently is the Managing Director of a HK consulting Group China Region and the General Manager of a HKCPA firm, mainly focus on M&A due diligence, special auditing and cross-border tax planning.
