The Bachelor of Fine Arts program in Studio Art prepares graduates for a wide range of art related careers and/or graduate studies. The program offers studio-based instruction taught by faculty who are professionally active artists. Faculty tailor instruction to each student’s artistic and academic goals. Studio Art majors enjoy small class sizes and close relationships with their professors. The studio courses, Internship, Portfolio Preparation and Senior Project enable students to define their goals as art professionals and become prepared for employment, graduate school, and a life of creating art.
