STUDENTS RESPONSIBILITIES

LOGBOOK & CONSULTATIONWeekly consultation with the Advisor shall be required to properly monitorand assess the performance and progress of the student. The Architecture

Thesis Logbook shall be brought by the students during these weeklyconsultations to record the students output, the advisors comments andrecommendations, and the epected output for the following consultation.

PROOFREADINGThe student shall have their thesis proposal and book proofread forgrammar, spelling, and synta prior to !nal submission of works.

THESIS CONSULTANTThe student has the option to have a Thesis "onsultant aside for theThesis Advisor. The Thesis "onsultant shall be a member of theArchitecture #epartment $aculty. The student shall !ll out a "onsultation$orm to record his%her consultation time with his%her Thesis "onsultant.

The schedule of consultation shall be on a weekly basis outside thescheduled #esign & Lecture and 'tudio class as agreed by both thestudent and the Thesis "onsultant. The student must inform the ThesisAdvisor on the agreed schedule of consultation with his%her Thesis"onsultant.

ABSENCES AND TARDINESSThe student is epected to be diligent and consistent with his%herconsultation with the advisor. The student must also be prompt andpunctual with the set time of consultation. $ollowing the (niversitys policy

on attendance, failure to adhere shall result to a FAILgrade due toabsences.
