For information about admission to two-year degree courses and specific course requirements check in to the Manifesto of Studies published in the Faculty web-site. First level vocational Masters (Master universitario di I livello) Duration:1 year “Master Universitario di I livello” degrees consist in advanced scientific courses or higher continuing education studies, open to the holders of a Laurea (L) or a foreign comparable degree. How to calculate tuition fees installments In order to find out the amount to be paid for each installment in accordance with the

self-declared income, students might use the “simulatore di calcolo” by logging in to following webpage: https://student.unime.it/calcolocg. Please note simulations are not to be considered as a self-certification.

Handover of the application Students have to hand over the hard copy of the enrollment application form to the Students Secretariat of the chosen Faculty (application form, level of income self-certification, receipt of payment) for the a.y. 2012-2013. If this condition is not met in due time, student’s registration will be put on hold. Exams taken will not be registered in the ESSE3 system until the registration procedure is not fulfilled.

Tips… Please be aware that Indexes in the ISEE/ISEEU form are not suitable for the level of income self-declaration. Should students make any mistake in the self-certification of the level of income they will be allowed to correct it by contacting the Student Secretariat and paying a fine of € 100,00.

Part-time students With the aim of meeting the needs of those students which are not able to attend didactic

activities because of economic or working reasons, since the a.y. 2012-2013, applicants, when enrolling, are required to declare the status as “part-time” of “full-time” students.

Part-time students, on the basis of a motivated self-declaration, will attend a specific

education path articulated in a double number of years compared with the normal duration of the degree course. Whereas the down payment of tuition fees for first-year and continuing students will be the same, part-time students will pay the 40% of the total amount of tuition fees.
