1. How did you spend your time this week? What responsibilities did you have?

This was the first week of our Ancient Egypt unit and I have continued to teach bell to bell. I have been implementing more writing to learn strategies, assessments and differentiated lessons and materials into the class.

2. What were your most satisfying experiences? What were your most challenging experiences?

The most satisfying experience this week was reading the week in review formative assessments the students wrote and seeing that they are picking up the material very well so far. The most challenging experience was creating modified project sheets and notes for ELL and Sped students at so many different levels.

3. What are the plans for the upcoming week?

This next week is Iowa Assessments so we will have short classes that will be spent working on a group project.
