• Open Internet Explorer and navigate to www.onestart.iu.edu

• Login to OneStart and navigate to the SIS Admin page

• Click the SIS Online Help link in the SIS Support channel

• Click the appropriate link in Online Help or use the Search function

• Manual Degree Processing• Degrees are awarded via Program/Plan Stack.• Degree Honors and/or Degree GPA can be

added when posting a degree or after a degree has been posted.

• Updates are made via the Student Degrees component.

• Manual Degree Processing• Posted degrees are displayed on the transcript

immediately, regardless of the Degree Confer Date.

• The Degree Confer Date must be changed individually after the degree is posted for students graduating prior to the end of the term.

• Batch Degree Processing• Degrees are awarded in batch via the

Graduation Reporting component.• Posted degrees are displayed on the transcript

immediately, regardless of the Degree Confer Date.
