    General Objective

    The project aimed to provide an online

    gateway, a Student Portal.

    To provide an online access that supported

    the application of the students and faculty.

    It had an effective way of providing

    information or notification anytime and

    anywhere about the rapid changes on student

    schedule.

    It improved the privacy, user-friendliness and

    enabled convenient access to the different

    kinds of information and services

    Scope and Limitation

    Scope:

    Created an online student portal for a college

    and planned to implement the system directly

    to the STI COLLEGE TAGAYTAY.

    Published an online course home page in

    which it should contain the description andbrief overview about the system itself,

    functions, and features.

    Scope and Limitation

    Scope:

    The site will allow registered users of the portal

    to join in, where they could access the materials

    published for the corresponding Program.

    The system can view the grades in their

    particular subjects per term and per semester.

    Scope:The system can access SOA (statement of

    account), to prevent them from going to the

    frontline services. E.G. cashier

    The system can provide an access to the

    schedule.

    Limitation:System focuses only on viewing grades,

    schedules and SOA for the students.

    The system does not provide a live chat

    function.

    The study will only cover the STI COLLEGE

    TAGAYTAY branch.
