Overview of the Activity:
On getting the proposal letter from Mr. Narayana S. Pallantani on 30th September, I
arranged a formal discussion about the topic with the President, Gyanjyoti Foundation,
and the Principal of AIMT. After the approval, I arranged an interactive session of the
resource person from IGIAT and passed out students of both AIMT and AIMS including
BCA and MCA students. A total of 23 students attended the session amongst which
around 15 students have shown interest to pursue the course at IGIAT. After the
session, Mr. Pallanti went back to Vishakhapatnam but was constantly in my contact
through e-mail and phone call, and I have been constantly in touch with the students
and their guardians in order to make them aware and encouraged for pursuing the
course at IGIAT. However, due to some family problems and other issues, most of the
students could not avail of the course at IGIAT. Nonetheless, 5 students joined IGIAT
and moved to Visakhapatnam on 30th October 2013.
About IGIAT:
INDO GERMAN INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY (IGIAT) is a premier institute set up by
Government of Andhra Pradesh as a joint project with Government of Germany and Gayatri Vidya
Parishad with an objective of developing necessary technical skills in the youth. Along with various
activities, IGIAT is also implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives of industrial giants
like HPCL, Power Grid Corp, Power Finance Corp etc. Under such initiatives, IGIAT conducts placement
linked training programs for the benefit of the weaker section of the society like SC/ST/OBC and other
financially backward sections. The training fee, accommodation charges as well as food charges are paid
by the corporate with no financial burden to the candidates. Currently, IGIAT is offering some training
programs for IT students under the CSR scheme of Power Finance Corp.
Conclusion:
Finally, 5 students are ready to move to IGIAT and for that reason I, with Mr. Tazirul Ilm, have helped
them in collecting train tickets and gave some necessary guidance. Moreover, we have collected an
undertaking from the students which is notary certified as per the guidelines from the Vice Principal, Dr.
Devajit Mahanta.

Abstract of the Topic Presented:
An abstract of the topic of the seminar is as follows….
“The seminar dealt with serious legal security issues in cyberspace from hacking, spoofing, defamation and
privacy in cyberspace, importance of IP address, copyright violation and B2B, B2C, C2C business issues and P@P software. In pragmatic terms, cyberspace allows the interdependent network of information technology infrastructures (ITI), telecommunications networks – such as the internet, computer systems, integrated sensors, system control networks, controllers common to global control and communications.Cyber Crime has been defined as the act of crating, distributing, altering, stealing, misusing and destroying information through the computer manipulation of Cyber space without the use of physical force and against the will and interests of the victim. As a concept, information and the victim can be an individual, a corporate person or as criminal law is defined: the state and society as a whole. It may be called a “computer crime”.
The term ‘computer hacking’ traditionally describes the penetration of computer systems, which is not normally carried out with the aims of manipulation, sabotage, but for pleasure of overcoming the technical security measures. (Bhaba Atomic Research Centre, French Yahoo! Case, Assam Tourism website)
The term computer fraud denotes a sub-class of economic crimes that are being carried out by the help of computer networks and Internet in the cyberspace. – Eg. A fraudulent investment scheme may be advertised relatively cheaply on a credible looking website or by mass e-mailing, and reach millions of people across the world, making it much easier to locate those gullible enough to part with their cash.
The Internet has no centralized governance in either technological implementation or policies for access and usage; each constituent network sets its own standards. Only the overreaching definitions of the two principal name spaces in the Internet, the Internet Protocol address space and the Domain Name System, are directed by a maintainer organization, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). “
Conclusion:
The seminar was very fruitful, interesting and encouraging to the students as well as to the
Asst. Prof. . Students have shown enthusiasm for such a seminar with special topic in the forthcoming days.

Dermatoglyphics features:
Uniqueness: There are no two identical fingerprints. One’s 10 fingers are not the same.
dermatoglyphics style, striate height, density, quantity and location of the point are not the same
for everyone. No individual has ever displayed the same fingerprint from another digit even if
taken from the same hand.
Invariance: due to the regeneration of the labor dermatoglyphics style, quantity and profile
shape which is determined the same later.
Hereditary: According to science statistics, immediate family members will be more or less the
same between the striate. Normal human cells have 23 pair of chromosomes. If the
chromosomes of the tree or structure are changed, it will cause the corresponding striate
mutation. Therefore, the striate have inherited the mutation.
When the fetus is in the mother’s womb, the life area of the fetus’ brain is developed.
From 0-3 years old, the emotional area develops rapidly. Between 4-8 years old, the thought
function/area is developed. Whereas, between 9-16 years old the mental/spiritual part gradually
matures. Hence, after 17 years, “want” and “do not want” become the brain’s main model of
operation.
The human brain is like a computer, 0-3 is equivalent to the hardware phase, 4-8-year-old is
equivalent to the software phase, and above 9 years old is equivalent to the operational phase,
namely practice using the computer.
