Terms and ConditionsPlease order your kit as early as possible and allow up to 14 days for delivery. Online ordering is the fastest method to receive your kit.

Please find a list of our terms and conditions below. By placing your order with us, you accept our terms and conditions.

Placing your order▪ Orders can be placed on our website, using the user name and password printed overleaf, or by sending this completed order form to our office along with payment. We are unable to accept orders by telephone

▪ Payment can be made by credit/debit card, or by sending a postal order along with a completed order form. We are unable to accept payment by personal cheque. College cheques are accepted.

Delivery▪ Please allow up to 14 days for delivery

▪ Small items will be shipped by Royal mail. Larger items will be shipped using a next day courier and will require a signature on delivery

▪ Please check the contents of your order upon receipt and notify us of any damages/discrepancies within 14 days.

Returns / Cancellation ▪ Should you wish to return your kit, please send it to: College Kits Direct LTD, Unit 24, Ashville Trading Estate, Whetstone, Leicester, LE8 6NU.

▪ The cost of returning an item must be paid by you.

▪ Orders can be returned to us within 28 days for a refund.

▪ Orders returned to us within 7 days after the delivery was made, will be credited in full, including the original carriage charge.

▪ Orders returned after 7 days, will still be credited, but the original delivery charge which was included in your kit will be deducted from the refund.

▪ You should take reasonable care of all products whilst in your possession.

Brush cleaner (any brand)

Face wipes for sensitive skin

Colour corrector (green, lilac, yellow) can be in a palette form. Any brand is acceptable.

The above folders can be purchased at the college library or at a shop of your choice

- A3 Art display folder - Pens, pencils, highlighters, rubber - Notepad - Pack of dividers
