CONCLUSION

We will provide the National Cemetery Administration with a

clear strategic plan that focuses on improving benefits for

veterans and families.

We will illustrate the current issues faced by the firm, what needs

to be done about it and establish an effective solution timeline.

We will provide a risk assessment to illustrate how these

objectives will affect the company overall.

We will design an alternative strategy as a contingency plan

should the organization not be able to implement all proposals.
